MrGreenonion 04/22/18 5:34:33 PM #27:	I've been to places that called the two-tortilla variety a "quesadilla sincronizada" and I always thought that was the distinction; it's "synchronized" because you've got tortillas on top and bottom instead of a single one folded over. But now that I'm looking into it, apparently a sincronizada traditionally includes ham, and is made with corn tortillas rather than flour tortillas? Which is definitely not how the ones I've had were made. --- SuperNiceDog didn't have to reconcile his name...
