Now I want salmon for every meal.

Skin was crispy on the edges! Gotta work on getting more of the surfaces crispy. Those edges were dee-lish. It reminded me of the time I was in Seattle and bought smoked salmon jerky.

There is a popular dish that is fish literally soaked in lemon juice. If that's not too much then nothing is.
