Im up to Beat Wharf C 4 times on this guide which is right after beating Act 7. Probably way behind you guys. This Kayneth guy is kinda weird so far

I've actually been avoiding using the guide this time. I think it took some of the fun out of the KnK event, and it's simple enough to just do the necessary missions as they appear.

Been using the guide without issue. Got to a quest where I couldnt bring a friend Anra because I got wiped out....damn Assassin dolls critting turn after turn. Brought a friend Waver after and destroyed them. I think I unlocked up to Act 11.

Yeah I don't think using a guide detracts from this at all. There's ample time to do it however you want, but there's something satisfying about blasting through missions as efficiently as possible.

So far Im not really feeling this event. I cant even say its because I didnt watch Fate/Zero either because I didnt watch the KnK movies and liked that event more than this one so far despite it featuring too much Mephistopheles >_>

This event's story relies heavily on having seen F/Z. Way more so than the KnK one did. I'd actually say this is my favorite event story so far (except maybe Prison Tower) but I can imagine it's easily the worst if you haven't experienced Zero.

So far its just been Waver talking where Im at. Artoria and Irisviel parts have been decent, but other than that nobody has really gotten much. Even the text options suck because I cant pick that I dont mind/actually enjoy messing up the Tohsaka leylines and whatnot...

Id bet most saw it long before this event. I will get around to it eventually.

This event is probably the most Ill ever actually use Alexander and Hassan....hell probably Diarmuid, Kid Gil and Lancelot too. Artoria only 40k bond away from max now. I use her all the time so I dunno if I will bench her after like I did with Cu.

Hassan, Lancelot and (to a slightly lesser extent) Kid Gil are all pretty damn legit servants actually. Kid Gil a bit less so you have Gil but even then hes a nice cost-friendly version of his older self.

Lancelot is awesome with K Scope because of his ridiculous NP and Hassan is a top tier star battery even by JP server standards.

All of my rolls were crap (my only 4* was stetho). But now i have a max ascended irisviel with 92 missions done.

In fact I cant even see her in the mission rewards images either like I could with Shiki. At 45/100 right now

Once you beat Act 18 you'll get her.

I should probably start using some Apples when I get the time. I feel like Im not really making good pace. I havent bought anything from the shop aside from Assassin masks, tentacles and those stones.

You should buy the CEs first, then those things, then you can get the materials, exp and fous.

You also shouldn't need apples since we're still only on week 1 of the three week event

I didnt really get to play the first few days so I used a few to catch up and I still have a ridiculous amount of them unlike basically everybody else here. Ive just been following the guide and it hasnt mentioned buying the CEs yet

Dammit I lost where I was at. I dunno if I did the Homuhara grind 8 times and I just wasted a few runs grinding the wrong stage because I was playing two other games at the same time whoops

Still not sure where I went wrong. I got Irisviel and beat the Ex stage. It says I should have 17 Assassin Masks after buying out the shop, but I only have 16 and I dont know where the missing one is from

I hit this hiccup as well - it's very likely from the mission for killing some number of blade insect swarms, which can be found in the samurai residence.

That appears to be the one I am missing which is weird because there wasnt really any Samurai grind before this mentioned I think. Oh well theyll all be done eventually anyways.

The Ex Church stage is pretty tough. Really hate how some enemies spam NP charge over and over. Gonna have to skip out on Waver and bring Scat probably

Oh god Ex Bridge is tough too. Guess Im abandoning event teams on Ex stages >_>

Had to use Command Spells Ex Bridge. What the fuck giving me a high HP count Rider enemy with a Berserker and Caster. Tried focusing on one of them each time and got stomped so I just said fuck it and used the spells to get the stage over with

I used event teams on every stage...

Well good for you buddy. I kept getting my characters focused on every attempt of Ex Bridge and its kinda hard to keep anybody alive when theyre taking 3 attacks a turn with literally only Hassan having any real dodge ability. I tried to take out the Caster Book as fast as possible, but the Golem and Shadow Rider ganged up on my other guys before I could which forced out my Assassins who died right after I killed the book because the Golem focused them.
