Do humiliating shit, is this against any law?

I mean the type of privileged guy who walks around and does "social experiments" by mocking and humiliating those who are far less privileged then they are, and have always been.

The threat being that if they don't do the humiliating act, that they'll report them to the police for loitering, or threaten them with actual violence.
I've been homeless before and seen that video by the user on this site, which of course they think is hilarious - it's some evil fucking shit while remarking "oh you should consider it an honor, your broke ass should entertain me".

There must be some law against this.

Don't think they were ever done for it, even though they've proudly posted about it here (via a youtube video), there and everywhere. Absolute scumbaggery, makes me fucking sick. On two different occasions.
