Trying this. Am attempting to get a good workout routine going without actually going to the gym lol

But anyway, does it damage door frames in your experience? Im at an apartment so damaging the property isnt really something I wanna do.

Made sure to buy one that doesnt need screwed on.

It did in my case. Dug into the wood and fell while I was using it. Wasn't fun.

Well, I just enjoy being able to do it from my own place while blasting some tunes. Also, Im poor as shit so I like to save money wherever I can lol

i had mine on a thick metal frame, it didnt damage it after over a year of use
