I thought it would help to lie down so I laid on the floor... big mistake, since you need tons of muscles to move around on the floor. I was almost completely trapped there unable to move. was agonizing as all heck to get back up again. eventually I realized the main thing to do is to support your weight with your thighs. I did this thing where I sat on the edge of my bed with my weight on my thighs.
