if vgm guessing game 2 is so good why is there no vgm guessing game 2 2?

The first game was a roaring success amongst the three people who played, and the People are clamoring for another one, so I was thinking we could do it sometime this Saturday at whatever time is convenient. The next's game's list was sponsored by VGMC extraordinaire azuarc, so you know it'll be good.

Please play. Just drop in and listen to good songs at the very least and guess if you have a clue as to what it is. If you want to make a list and submit it for the rest of us to hear, play at least sometimes.

There's a non-zero chance that I'll be busy during the game, but since I know the list, I wouldn't be playing anyway. In this case, azuarc will be running it himself.

Yes. You join a voice channel and somebody tells the bots to play music in a hidden room. Everybody rushes to be the first person to say the song with glorious typoes, earning 1 point for the correct name of the game or song, and .5 points for getting the right series or part of the name. Even if you don't know any of the music, it's nice to just listen.

You can also submit a list of songs if you want. The "standard" spread is 12 "Easy" songs, 12 "Medium" songs, 12 Hard songs and 4 Impossible songs. Impossible songs should basically live up to their name and are worth 3x the points with no partial credit.

We had a very successful game last night! I hope that everybody enjoyed themselves. Saturdays seem to be the best day to do this, so we can have a game next week or the week after, whichever people prefer.

Decent odds the game will have to be run earlier than last one's most Saturdays if I'm to host, but if the game needs to be run while I'm unavailable, ask a mod to give you DJ rights.

If you want to submit a list, just send me a list of URLs (without song names) and a list of names + URLs on Gamefaqs or Discord.

I guess I'll keep this topic around.

Some weekends I end up busier early and some busy later, so what worked this time may not always work for me. I think if we ask heading in to every game, we could get a good idea of what works best for that instance. It could help to change it up every now and then just to get some new faces in, too.

Earlier, I can do. How much, I don't know, but I certainly could have been on sooner than I was. I kinda forgot this was gonna be a thing, and then randomly popped into discord and saw it going, and thought, shit...

I was working until 4, iirc, though I doubt I would want to start the instant I got home.
