It makes farming these events take forever lol.

I could deal with a crappy tutorial if it wasn't so long or so aggressive

Dialga and Palkia, depending on which version you have. They're doing monthly events I think.

I also have some leftover Marshadow and Shiny Silvally cards that don't expire until next week

they have a PC in the player's room every game, the first three generations it was used for item storage, now it does nothing, they should just make it so it can be used to access Pokemon storage

also XY and ORAS are actually pretty soft with the tutorials, but sadly for XY there isn't any way to get to Pokemon storage until you get to Santalune which has a decent sized route and a dungeon to go through to get to it, BW also has a ton of lengthy story events and three rival fights in the way even though there isn't much to get through to hit a Center area wise, B2W2 meanwhile has a Center in the starting city

SM can literally take half an hour to even get your starter, let alone to the Center, USUM is at least better about the former and both let you swap out your team and check stats on capture

When I turn the text speed to max and turn off battle animations, I get to the pokemon center after 31 minutes if I do it optimally. USUM will most likely take 2 minutes longer, because the intro is a little longer.

Getting to the pokemon center is the only thing that matters, because that's where you get events.
