I don't know what Blake was thinking, DeRozan had torched them second half, why not force him to kick it to CJ Miles? If he hits it, live with it.

Then again in overtime, DeRozan did the same thing and FOUR Pistons collapsed on him, he kicks it VanVleet and he hits the game winner so I don't know what's the right move there.

Not that I care about losing since it's preferable at this point but for the second time this season the Magic lost a game due to an inadvertent whistle causing a jump ball on the last possession of the game (whether they score if the whistle doesn't blow is another matter)

Basically 0.6 seconds left on the clock with the Magic 1 point down. Magic inbound the ball. Clock starts before anybody touches the ball. So the play gets reviewed and they determine the clock started too early which results in a jump ball.

That's just ridiculous. Why would the inbounding team not get the ball back in that situation? Especially since a jump ball ends the game. And like I said, this is the second time this season an inadvertent whistle has resulted in a jump ball with less than a second on the clock with the Magic in possession whilst 1 point down.
