My god what a freaking process that is. In total it was probably a 2 hours of nonstop work (not counting letting the chicken marinade overnight).
It's actually really good though. I think I put a put too much cornstarch in the sauce though, so need to remember that if I ever feel ambitious enough to try this again. Will also need to make a larger batch. That was far too much work for only 2 meals worth of food. --- Assassins do it from behind. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Also, I guess not in the recipe, I put it on a bed of rice with roasted carrots and green peppers.

Having spent the last 10 minutes eating this, I have determined this is actually at least 3 meals worth of food. Potentially 4.
