I love her but seriously when she gets too drunk she kills all the fun. I made plans to go out with friends. I told her where were going and she could come with her friends. Is that bad?

I just dont want a scenario she gets upset and ruins my friends night then I look bad. Its happened multiple times.

You have at least 36 hours to make plans. Stop moping and make them. I was in the same boat thinking I wont do anything on NYE. Then I thought to myself Man when it hits 12:00 Im going to regret not doing anything. You will decide how you want the night to go. I think you should have fun and start the year off right.

I would find a new boyfriend tbh,...can't you talk to her about her getting drunk? I mean New years is a date night thing. Maybe if she is with her girlfriends she'll meet someone new to bring the new year in with.

Maybe you should talk to her about how she can do stupid shit when she drinks too much, ask her to limit herself so she does not make a fool out of herself or piss you off and ruin the night.

Nobody is whining. I asked an opinion. Ive been down this road multiple times. Ive communicated. Since you obviously didnt understand I simply dont want her to go. Why would I talk her into it? I want her to go with her friends and have fun and meet us. Its a dudes night out its just weird if one girl tags along.

I forgot 90% of CE has no idea what theyre doing socially or with women.
