No, Google is so essential to the internet than any ISP that throttles or blocks it might as well replace their modems with baked potatoes.

I don't think you know how ISP's and VPN's work. Plus one could throttle Google's VPN servers without throttling Google itself, which certain Google services like YouTube are already guaranteed to end up throttled as it is by many ISP's as it is.

Not to mention the simple fact that people shouldn't have to use pay for a VPN on every device that it can run on and be SOL on the others simply because of some corporatist asshole.
