-We're missing performance skills for: Squall, Terra, FF1, Black Mage, Nero, Prishe, Sazh, and possibly Shantotto
-ME is pretty heel heavy. I assume it'll help once Squall has perf skills (and Lightning has non-zero pop), but can we reasonably faceturn any of Seph/Mateus/Garland/Jecht/Kefka/Ultimecia?
-Might need to buff these guys a bit, actually. I am actually booking shows for this round of playtests, so I can no longer blame these mediocre ratings on the autobooker! We fell to National in two shows.
-Could maybe use a couple more people on the main roster- we're at the exact minimum. But then you can call up folks from FFT or raid the indies pretty easily, so this isn't necessarily a problem....unless you do a Hardline Stance the second show and lose a huge chunk of dudes, lol
-Exdeath has turned pretty much everybody against Bartz
-Harth Stonebrew keeps becoming the owner of Comics, lol

I'm assuming Eaed may have been a bit liberal with hatred relationships. I'd probably limit that to hero/villain pairs that are actually more personal about it. Like X-Death/Bartz probably shouldn't really have a hatred relationship.

I'd personally sayJecht and Seph could... possibly be faces? Kefka is a flat no because *Kefka*, Ultimecia... ehh. ANd Garland/Mateus are pretty much only possible as heels without major personality changes.Which is... also part of the reason the backstage is so toxic.

Also the fact that half the roster hates/don't like each other, and quite a few people backstage are manipulative as all hell and turn people against them. See Exdeath/Bartz there. Moosstly because there're people that're... also obscenely negative influences? Kefka, Nero, Ultimecia, Exdeath, Lady Lilith are all extmely to very negative. They also don't have any locker room leaders, but they're in short supply currently as is.

...Just my two cents. ^_^'

I think the personalities might be overly negative too if that's the case. I'll have to DL the database to be sure but there are certain villains I could see not being super negative. Ruthless and manipulative would be big ones shared by most which would probably be damaging but the rest would be give and take depending on the villain probably-- probably being a bit too harsh with the sliders on some of them.

1. Okay. So we could probably turn down some of the animosity lol. I opened up your screenshot.

-Barthandelus is kind of a dick with Lightning and Sazh. That one's pretty personal because he's basically ruining their lives so that one's the same.
-Bartz and Ex-Death could be turned down. Bartz is more of a pest to Ex-Death.
-Cecil is weird because *SPOILER* he and Golbez are related and there is no other way to have simmering tension and blood relative. If we want to go just Blood Relative instead of family feud then we can probably keep that the same.
-That point for Cecil goes for Jecht and Tidus and Kuja and Zidane.
- Final Fantasy 6 is so screwed up I am almost inclined to keep Kefka, Terra, and Celes the same.
-Gilgamesh is rivals with Bartz and worked for Ex-Death. His can be turned way down.
-Onion Knight and Cloud of Darkness also don't need to hate each other.
- Ultimecia tries to control Squall's girlfriend so she probably needs to stay the same.
- Finally, I don't know why Black Mage, Mateus, Lady Lilith, Mog, and Ultros are upset about because I don't remember them disliking anyone.

3. So I went back and looked at the spreadsheet and it was supposed to be an even 3 and 3.
Faces: WoL, Cloud, Lightning
Heels: Garland, Mateus, and Sephiroth

I know you took Cloud for Character Battle and Lightning had no popularity stats so that means the system had 1 face to 6 heels lol. Fixing Lightning, would make it 2 faces and 5 heels. Basically, it looks like they are looking for 8. So if we bump Squall to ME and Jecht to ME it should give us.
Faces: WoL, Squall, Lightning, Cloud
Heels: Garland, Mateus, Sephiroth, and Jecht.

4. This is surprising to me because the FFWD kept dominating the Power 500. Do you think it might be the product settings or do their stats just need buffed?

5. So with the New Dissidia Game coming out Ramza is included in the roster so it may not be the worst thing to add 3 FFT's to the roster. Plus, I added 6 people for FFXIV or FFXV. Were they there when you played? They also added Ace from Type 0. If I do the whole, Face/Heel/Tweener thing that I have been doing. That's an even 12. Would that make the roster big enough?

6. I know this is bad but it's a little funny that an evil overlord is manipulating people against his enemy. Perfect villain move there.

To CPU/Lopen's points we could probably Garland, CoD, Golbez, Sephiroth, Kuja, Ject, and Gabranth all a bit nicer.

Most of the ones I checked on were "toxic backstage environment" which I think is just the general morale being in the toilet. I'll also probably make the rules nicer a bit too.

That's a good question actually. Comics has taken that kinda-dominant spot now, btw. I'll keep an eye on it for now.

I can fix Lightning and the callups if CPU doesn't mind/feels comfortable toning down personalities (and relationships?) and adding performance skills.

The Callups Pop is going to need to be adjusted too because they were set to have the popularity of the Main Roster not the side roster. Right now, I believe the way it is set they would basically be no higher than LOW Midcarder but I don't remember exactly how it is setup

Final Fantasy Type-0 was a non-main line Final Fantasy Game. Not that great but they added it's main character, Ace to Dissidia. I was considering adding 3 characters from that game to the FFWD roster since you said it needed to be a tiny bit bigger.

As for the FF guys, I changed the colors. The two that were already in the game are on the FFWD roster, but the other four don't even exist yet. Will snag them at some point, and that will probably be fine for roster size purposes unless you just wanted to add more

Bonus day: Did ages for LotR. Quite an adventure, it was.

Testing Shining Force today (I'm not picking on eaed, I'm just skipping CPU/Lopen until they've done their bits and his feds are alphabetically before mine generally :P)
-Needs at least two storylines to not take penalties. Not critical, but would be nice for players.
-Nick has no gimmicks set or performance.
-For some reason a bunch of the wrestlers don't have wrestler as a role. I'll fix that.
-Dark Dragon, Astral, Slade also missing performance
-Women's wrestling is currently set to "none," which penalizes the women you have. I assume that should be "integrated" instead? (there's also "division")
-Money might be an issue, but that's just part of the game when you're that small.
-Possibly more- not done yet.

Would probably be easiest for you to just tell me (or screencap) what you want for storylines and performance here.

I don't remember what I wanted for their performances. I do know that Astral should probably always be face and Dark dragon should always be heel. While Slade could be both being that he is a treasure hunter.

Storylines let's go simple and go Brother vs Brother storyline is Max vs Kane. Generation gap: Bowie vs Dark Dragon. And go SHINING Force CD: Nick and Deanna vs Woldol and Iom

-Their show ratings are pretty okay on autobooker, but not good enough to sustain their high pop. I THINK they can maintain National status reasonably easily, so I don't have a major problem with them being set up to enter a bit of a slump.
-I'm considering using Written contracts instead of Touring.
-I THINK I know how to set up Touring schedule shows now. Maybe.
-There is some overlap with gimmicks, which results in small penalties. Will address.
-I may want to give them some performance buffs, since all the really old characters were done in 2013 where the default settings are lower. But they did okay, so maybe I won't bother.
-I'm tempted to lower the match ratio because that'd boost their show ratings, but I don't think that's worth messing with the flavor. There ain't promos in the real thing!
-SBAllen had poor chem with CATS and was kinda eh anyway, so I replaced him with Castle Heterodyne. The Castle lasted about a week, causing two incidents and getting mad enough over the discipline to walk out when given a hardline stance. ....That's fair.

-Violetta and Zola have no gimmicks or performance. Hey, I can fix that myself now!
-Midcard is all heels (although one is Violetta who'll wind up face I assume). I propose also turning Tarvek face.
-Might wanna boost the Comedy performance a bit across the board- the product requires Comedy matches, and those didn't do great in the two shows I did. Then again I just did autobook and slapped a Comedy note somewhere it seemed to fit okay.
-Backstage rating: 21. That's....not entirely unfitting, I guess. >_>
-Two botch-induced injuries in one show. That's....also not entirely unfitting, I guess <_<
-Backstage dropped to 7 after that show, where Alice Liddell also wrestled high.
