Trash talk, start feuds, challenge people to matches and whatever else. We also have gimmick matches! If you want in, just say you're joining and vote when you can. tl;dr version of this post This post is pretty long, but the bare bones are: you sign up, we will book you in matches against other people based on what division you are in, how strong you are, and who you're feuding against. You can affect what matches you are in by challenging people to matches, forming your own tag-teams, and trash-talking other users. There's two shows a week - Ruin and Combat - and every 3 weeks there's a more important "pay-per-view", with the biggest PPV event being Epopmania in late February. The only thing you have to do to be a UCA competitor and keep your place as a competitor is vote on UCA cards every now and then. It's more fun for everybody the more people get involved, though, so you're also encouraged to cut promos, start storylines, form alliances and tag teams, and talk smack in the topics. So there are no requirements at all? If you dont vote for a while - usually three or four weeks - youll probably purge from our roster, but other than that, you have nothing to worry about! What's the schedule like? How long until this crashes and burns? With participation dwindling, (and indeed B8 itself getting a bit slower) we wanted to end it with one big last push. B8UCA will be shutting down after Epopmania X in early 2018, so make the most of the time you have left! Were going to try to pull out all the stops to make that a fitting grand finale, so grab your friends and be a part of the last hurrah! How often will I fight? The idea is that everybody gets at least one match a week, ideally. The more successful and active users will tend to get more matches. Who's in charge? Tom and eaed are running things- eaed runs Ruin, Tom runs Combat, and most major decisions are made together. We also have some admin help from a variety of volunteers. The project was initially founded by Icehawk and Jakyl, passed on to Tom Bombadil, then to Football and XIII as co-owners, then to Solio, then back to XIII, and finally to the team of Tom and eaedwards. What's the structure like? Divisions dictate which singles title people are most likely to fight for - apart from the MELEE MAYHEM title, which is open to all. There are two "divisions" for singles wrestlers - Heavyweight and Lightweight. There's also a tag-team division, so feel free to partner up with a friend and have a crack at that. You can still compete for singles titles while being in a tag-team, too. If you beat somebody in the division above, you can promote, though usually you will need to further prove your worth in that division to show it wasn't a fluke. It's a loose sorting - people change divisions frequently, especially since we try to keep them roughly balanced in numbers. Likewise, a string of poor performances puts you in danger of a "demotion" match which will see you move down a division. How do I join? Just say so, here or in the main UCA topic. Stunners were unleashed, blood was spilled, and I left them both a broken mess as they were barely able to stir by the time I was done with them. Now I face Emerald again for the title he never beat me for. Twice he had an opportunity to defeat me - twice he failed - and it was only by not having to beat me did he win this glorious prize. I am going to take it back from him and then I am going to defend it for the rest of the UCA's history. And I still have my sights set on XIII - of tarnishing him and his supposed legacy before UCA closes its doors. I will leave him with nothing but his sorry mouth and his sorry name sake. The Undisputed Championship was one of the very few reasons I returned to full time status in 2015. Having won it four times to go with the two Heavyweight titles I previously won when I was formerly known as Raven, I've proven much more than I've ever needed to myself. When I returned from the abyss at Summer Spectacular three months ago, I went on one of the biggest runs of my career as I laid the boots to the asses of the Broken Raven, the Sultan of Slam, The Kingdom, and DpOblivion. Unfortunately, like many others before me with unbeatable runs, all things must eventually come to an end; third time was the charm for DpOblivion, as he became the first person to defeat me since my return in July. If last night's SUPER RUIN ends up being the final night I walk into the ring as Undisputed Champion, then rest assured I regret absolutely nothing. With that being said though, Zero Signal is *not done. Tom Bombadil has won his way into the World title match at Serious Survival, and that's fine for now.
