i'm assuming they're trying to finish off the FF series first before going that way. so Squall eventually hits and then finally they unlock 7* units.

in other news, finished getting everything from Ayaka's candy thing so i did my part to getting that guaranteed 4* ticket. now i can exclusively focus on Kingsglaive and its relative worthlessness.

Once 7* Units are released, that will probably be the end of FFBE for me. Same thing happened to me in Brave Frontier when 7* Units were released. You can only play chase the carrot for so long.

That's what killed Puzzle and Dragons for me. So many cards were just as powerful as the other that it didn't really matter what uber-creature you had, they could all take on the majority of the content available, and all had trouble with the hardest content. FFBE's improvements, that I've noticed, don't scale exponentially though, so that will help with the longevity. But it's also a significantly greater grind to get everything, so that kind of hurts it a bit too. Farming all but the most difficult dungeons in PAD was fun because the shifting orbs and a lot of the mechanics they introduced were interesting (for the most part; fuck damage shields). I don't see that happening with FFBE.

Based on my calculations, she should be getting a total of 85 MP back per turn (567 MP, 15% refresh), so that shouldn't be an issue. Sleep isn't an issue with Aigaion, is it?

Edit: She's up. Right now she has 6,557 HP, 798 Spr, and 567 MP. Should be able to cast re-raise and Curaja every turn with no MP issues over the course of the battle, since those together cost less than she'll refresh every turn. No sleep resist, but I can add that in if it's needed. Good luck!

I think Tidus is generally considered MVP there since he has the party wide 100% water resist. Fry also makes it a joke, but shes more of a brute force method than Tidus is.

I'm pretty sure that's it. I actually gave up on Tidus becuase I was relying on him for both buffs and damage, and when you can't chain Quick Hit and have to stop every few turns to reapply buffs, he doesn't work out quite as well. I'd bring him in for support, but bring someone else to chain. Marie was actually my MVP, as her Love You All was a great healing cushion. Wish I could remember the rest of my team comp, because once I swapped Orlandeau in, the fight was a cakewalk.

iirc Fryevia makes that fight easy largely because she hits the SPR, which they're much weaker defensively. i'd assume she's better than A2 even with a maxed LB effect on her.

Pod 153 will help DV and Fry build up bigger chains, but youre losing the use of Frys best asset (hybrid damage). I gave DV an Icebrand for the event trial and took down about 50% the first turn I had him attack with Fry, had to change to normal attacks just so I could use a limit. They wont chain perfectly (not even close), but Fry is still good enough where that doesnt matter. She can easily be built for Atk because shes so versatile, but the trade off doesnt seem to be worth it.

Why would you use 3* EX tickets or 10+1 tickets before the rate up? I have 4 10+1 tickets and 24 EX tickets. Instead of blowing all of them for a roughly 50% chance at a rainbow, Ill have roughly 2 rainbows for having patience and waiting. Willpower!

Used 20 tickets trying to get Pirate Jake. 3 off banner trash golds (9th Rikku, Amelia, Luka), 6 black cat lid, 11 Russell/Bedile/Anzelm/Lani etc
