WTF? Reports "aplenty"? That's literally the first report I've seen of people eating stray cats and dogs in Hawaii. Hell, I see hobos fishing for tilapia in the dirty Nu'uanu stream, but no meow meows.

Be careful what you say about what people eat though. I got modded for saying in certain parts of *Asian country* they eat *animal*. And not even in a mocking way; I just stated it as a simple fact because, well, it's a simple fact. The mods said it was "an offensive racial stereotype".
