He is now charged with 3 counts of sexual assault with a weapon, 1 count of burglary and one count of false inprisonment The mother of 2 said she woke up on the night to find Adam "hovering over her" wearing a MASK..then he placed his hand tight over her mouth and told her not to scream while holding a knife to her neck. He then tied the mother of 2 up to the bed and sexually assaulted her. After it was over, he stayed and talked to her. He insisted that she knew who he was and took his mask off and said "You really should deadbolt your door because i didn't really want to do this, but i had to do it." Timothy then untied her and let her outside so she could smoke..then asked if he could make it up to her by doing some yard work or fixing something at his house..She said "No" He said didn't really want to kill her because his own mother died when he was 12 and he "could not imagine leaving 2 kids without a mother" He told her he was joining the military so it wouldn't be "awkward" living next to each other After he left, that's when she went inside and called the police...
