Some of those games (like the Neptunia Re;Birth trilogy) do have Steam ports, but Steam ports of Vita games usually aren't very well done. It's good for if you have the PS4 in your family room and want to play it in your bedroom without moving everything around, or if you wanted to play a Vita game on your TV. The only thing of note is as mentioned, O and X are reversed for system menus.
