I've got to get my life put together and I can't do that while playing Morrowind until 4 a.m. every night and then sleeping past noon every day. But I'm going to write down a list of things I had planned on doing next in the game so maybe THIS time when I return, I'll actually finish the game instead of starting over with a new character.

I want to get my life out together and I realize the importance of it. But getting a thorough experience of an Elder Scrolls game had been on my bucket list for some time. If I can do this, then I can forgive myself for never completing the Skyrim main quest and DLCs.

Doesn't it just get kind of same-y after the 5th straight hour of playing tho

Eh... yes and no. It's a pretty cool world with a seemingly endless amount of lore and places to explore. But you're right in that it suffers from the same thing as every Elder Scrolls game. And that is that after you've been playing for about 20 hours, everything you encounter is just a slight variation of something you encountered earlier in the game.

But even then the game still has its charming moments that break up the monotony. I stumbled across the ghostfence for the first time the other day while I was roaming around in the ashlands and I was like "Wow, that's a sight to see."

Also Morrowind forces you to explore to find stuff. Not like in Skyrim where your character has a GPS built into his/her brain and knows the exact location of every item he/she is asked to find as soon as he/she is told about it.

Favorite game of all time. Easily have clocked thousands of hours into it.

Never beat Bloodmoon though. Too hard. Tribunal was bad enough.

So I've heard. I'm saving those for at least till after I finish the MQ. Idk if I'm looking forward to it or dreading it.
