Board 8 > Gimmick Dragon Ball Characters That Could Have Been OP in DBZ *Spoilers*

Sometimes when I thought about how powerful villains were in DBZ, I often think about how some of the old school one-off characters could've done in multiple battles.

His power sure would've been nice against any opponent that he can get his hands on. Easy one shot material. Touching Cell/Frieza/(maybe not buu) would've saved everyone a lot of trouble.

Example #2:Spike the Devil Man (Akkuman) - http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Spike_the_Devil_Man
Based on how DBZ villains play out, Akkuman could easily get the first strike on his opponents that were way too cocky and would allow him to use his devilmite beam. Easy instant explosion.
