Not like really bad anxiety, I don't get panic attacks or anything like that.

But sometimes I feel so overwhelmed and it feels like very little I can do to actually make things better. I've also been finding myself getting really frustrated at a lot of stupid stuff lately.

So idk, maybe I'm just overthinking stuff. I don't even know who to see about this (my regular doctor for starters?).

Yep. Describe your experiences or symptoms in as much detail as you can. Your physician may be able to help you directly, or they may refer you to a specialist. There are some therapeutic counseling interventions that may be useful to you, but for now consult the professional you know.

I'm gonna have to soon. I should really be going for a physical / check up anyway since it's been a long time. I'll bring this up too.

I think we all have anxiety to a certain degree. Perhaps your physician can give you some suggestions to help you out.

Could be :p

I didn't used to be like this, or maybe I did but recent events are bringing it about.

Anxiety and mental health issues often manifest in your 20s, things can change over time. Even if you coped before you may not be doing as well now. That does happen. When you do get to see your doctor it wouldn't hurt to discuss the matter.

I guess mine started by me getting irritated very easy on a constant bases. I then had a panic attack, was fine for a week, had another and then the symptoms have never left. I haven't been officially diagnosed but the docs are saying that's what it probably is as the tests I've had have all come back fine.
