I've been doing lots of tests at the hospital and my doctor have concluded that I'm physically healthy.
He then told me that I'm probably suffering from Brainfog because they can't figure out what else it could be.

I'm almost constantly tired which often prevents me from doing more fun stuff like playing videogames.
It's harder for me to concentrate and it feels harder to form sentences in my head.
I always feel so slow and dumb : (

Anyone else here who is also suffering from Brainfog?

Maybe reading books might help

I find that I have an easier time focusing when I take the time to do some reading each day

This. Im also more well-spoken if I read often.

Idr who said it, but language is the basis of complex thought and ideas. So having a good grasp of it will help you in other areas as well.

Also you might be depressed. Even if you arent it can help, try rebuilding your daily schedule so its more consistent. Even something as simple as going to bed and waking up at the same time every day can help tremendously

I've never read books that much but I do read a lot on the Internet.
... I don't think that's quite the same though : /

My doctor told me that I need to start exercising. So I'm going to start walk home from work at least three times per week.
It's at least a half hour walk to get home(mostly uphill as well), so that will be a good start at least.

leet have you had sex yet?

Nope. It probably won't happen for a long time I think.
My GF still has the virus and she has had another surgery.
I definitely think it's getting better though.

Whut? Really? You're naming your daughter Tess?

I've been depressed before so yeah, I'm probably depressed again.
And that's probably because my life has felt so hectic these last two years.
Sometimes I miss the good old days and want things to be as they were before.
Next week I'm going to start to walk home from work(at least three times per week) so that will be a good start to scheduling things up.

How's your diet

It used to be worse at least. When I was younger I ate a lot of candy and other unhealthy shit and lots and lots of soda(Coke mostly).
I barely even ate any breakfast back then.

Now it's a completely different story.
Instead of soda I drink carbonated water and I even eat vegetables at dinner.
And I've checked my weight regularly and I've been at around 84 Kg for a while now.

My diet is not perfect but it's better than before.

I've had something like that a couple times. my only guesses are maybe that it's caffeine withdrawal, or maybe a non-obvious side effect of bad sleeping patterns (or both at the same time).

another possibility though I think probably isn't it, is something like a painless migraine. I've had two occurrences of hour-long "lightning shows" on my retina, with a very faint dull ache in my head. I assume these are painless migraines. I have no reason to think they're connected to the brain fog thing, but who knows.

I haven't felt truly refreshed when I wake up in years.
Like that feeling you have after sleeping for many hours without interruption.
Oh man, I wish I could experience that feeling again...

I do sleep around 6 - 8 hours per night like I've always done(except I do tend to wake up sometimes nowadays though).
Perhaps it is some bad sleeping patterns that I'm unaware of.

Headaches is extremely common for me. More or less once per week and sometimes less than that.
As of late though I've gotten smaller headaches more frequently(multiple times per week).
The smaller headaches seems to appear more often when I'm using the phone or 3DS. I suspect it could be because of the smaller screens because I don't have any issues with TVs and PCs.

In this day and age, I think this is way more common than one might think.

That thought has occurred to me as well. I could maybe have a lesser form of it and not fullblown Narcolepsy.

I did take the swine flu vaccine and one of its side effects were Narcolepsy.
I still regret taking it because it was so unbelievably exaggerated by the media and it wasn't even that dangerous to begin with.
And besides I'm not sure if the flu even managed to reach where I live.

I wouldn't say she's sick, but besides having an issue in her lower region I'd say she's quite healthy(she also has MS but it's being managed pretty well at the moment I'd say).

And thanks.

Also, kinda off topic but how many times have you made a new account on this site?
