Do you think this Nazi deserved jail time?

26 y/o White Supremacist Fatty, Matthew Heimbach was only fined and given a SUSPENDED jail sentence after he PUNCHED and HARASSED a black woman who protested at a Donald Trump rally last year in Louisville!!

The Neo-Nazi Leader entered an Alford plea, that enables him to maintain innocence while acknowledging there's evidence to convince a jury he's guilty of second degree disorderly conduct..

The Indiana loser is chairman of the Traditionalist Worker Party who now has to take anger management classes and pay a fine of $145 and was ordered not to have any contact with the woman.

Judge Stephanie Pearce Burke waved the 90 day sentence on the condition he not re-offend for 2 years

He got too close to a Kashiya Nwanguma when he screamed, yelled and eventually punched and pushed her multiple times to get her out of the building where the Trump rally took place..

Matthew said he believed the case was a product of a "huge social media campaign" by "anti-fascists" and "far-left activists" and said "This is a completely politically motivated charge. I believe 110 % that i followed all the laws and i actd reasonably"

He also faces a federal lawsuit that also named Trump his campaign and 2 other trump supporters.

Judge David Hale said that ample facts support allegations that protesters injuries were a direct and proximate result of Trumps actions when he directed his supporters to "get em out of here" and advocated the use of "force" to do it.

The judge also denied Matthew's request to dismiss the discussion of his party that describes itself as "fighting to secure the existence of our people and a future for white children" which Matthew states is "dying" because of inter-racial relationships.

Do you think this Jerk should have served jail time? let's see what people think

Matthew - Racist

Sounds like he got more of a punishment than all of the antifa who got away with violent attacks and were celebrated for their fascism.

He got punished. Given the fact that protesters generally just want to cause trouble anyway, that works against somebody being outright innocent when attacked. Victims in these circumstances usually weren't minding their own business and acting passively. Usually a line is regretfully crossed and then the other person overreacts. The truth is usually in the gray area, and she'd have probably gotten the same result as some grungy leftist white dude.

Having looked into it...this does seem like some bullshit. But details are also horribly scarce regarding this case. My initial impression is he needed to do some time, but I'll wait to see and may change my mind depending on the details that come out.

Have you ever heard the expression "two wrongs don't make a right"? Because you very frequently seem to respond to something unambiguously bad by bringing up some other bad thing as though that mitigates or justifies the first bad thing. It's a rather baffling habit.

I happen to find the hypocrisy of claiming that a punishment for a thing was too light when others who do the same or worse receive no punishment at all and are instead glorified for it.

Pretty much this. If you aren't going to condemn someone who smacks a nonviolent protester in the face with a metal lock, but are willing to forgive if it's someone you agree with, you are a piece of shit and a hypocrite. But adjl, how do you feel about those scearios? Since they have both happened and you can give your POV on both here.

EDIT: Missed an I

Should this guy's behavior be glorified then?

What's the appropriate punishment for this kind of behavior when it's antifa committing it?
