I'd say the probability for that is very high, though I couldn't say when or how soon.

Having an violent alien symbiote wasn't enough they had to xtreme it up and make the host a serial killer, woooo. The point was how the symbiote fed off emotion and how it made it personal for Peter having to fight a friend.

Probably. Given that they can change the backstory, they don't necessarily need to bring Venom in first. iirc, one of the ASM games intro'd Carnage without doing Venom, partly because it involved a variation on the Ultimates where the symbiote was being designed to heal a person rather than an existing alien creature.
