Depends on whether they have your country's permission to do that. The stupidest fucking thing in the world is that you can get in trouble for defending yourself during a no-knock raid. When cops don't ID themselves -- which is dangerous and stupid in the first place -- you have no way of knowing who they are or what they're going to try to do, but you know that they're violently intruding which makes the use of force seem necessary.

Honestly, I'd probably do the same thing. If nothing else, because I was surprised did so before I thought that I shouldn't suddenly give police free roam of my house.
