If I'm a minute late there's a 50 dollar late fee, plus 20 dollars for every day it's late. Rent is due on the first but there's a grace period until the third. on the fourth (when the late fees start), I get a seven-day eviction notice, and if I'm not out by the end of the tenth, criminal charges are brought against me for trespassing.

I have a reminder set in my daily agenda thingy lol. I write everything in there and check it multiple times a day. This is the first time in 34 payment periods I've ever forgotten. I must have accidentally ignored it or something.
