The idiot judge who oversaw the rape trial of 19 y/o Frat Brother, Brock Turner is speaking out as 55 y/o Aaron Persky DEFENDED his decision because he is now facing a recall effort over his light sentencing!!

Aaron said that it's his job to consider lighter sentences for FIRST TIME OFFENDERS and that he cannot allow public opinoin to factor into his decisions

He said "California law requires every judge to consider rehabilitation and probation for first time offenders. As a judge, my role is to consider both sides. it's not always popular, but it's the law and i took an oath to follow it without regard to public opinion or my opinions as a former prosecutor"

The 6 month sentence he gave Brock last year caused outrage and brought a recall effort. The Associated Press found that he followed the recommendations of the parole board suggestiong Brock did not receive special treatment as a white collegiate athlete as critics suggested that if he were BLACK, he would not have received the same lenient sentence.

Aaron has since been transferred to San Jose civil court as the recall effort was started by Stanford University law professor Michele Dauber who said "Women have had enough of rape culture, we arer ready to take action and recall this judge"

Brock could have faced 14 years in prison for raping a girl who had passed out behind a trash bin near a frat house. He was found guilty of 3 felony charges including assult with intent to commit rape of an intoxicated person, sexually penetrating an intoxicated person with a foreign object and sexually penetrating an unconscious person with an object

Persky however only gave him a 6 month jail sentence that sparked a public outcry.

The one time Olympic hopeful swimmer began is sentence in June and was released in September as he now been registered as a sex offender and report to his probation officer for 3 years and is not allowed to drink or take drugs.

It's a pretty tired and played out false narrative. The fact that he was able to afford a good lawyer played a part, but that's a class issue not a race issue. Otherwise, it was more of a molestation than a rape especially since rape's main connotation involves penile penetration which never occurred.

Almost certainly, unless he couldn't get a good lawyer and unless he had to appear in front of a less reasonable judge.
