In single-hour blocks on different days? What the hell? Just turn it on for a weekend - if you can't meet their weird-ass schedule of 11am and 5pm, you're basically screwed.

I can see it if they are testing surge activity for their online Network. If everybody is scrambling to get in at once, they can see how their infrastructure handles it and adjust accordingly.

Frankly that sounds like a poor way to test load bearing. It's going to be a very small percentage of people that participate, and an even smaller number that play at the right time.
