Yet, the Left will ignore absolutely everything about that, and then claim that Islam had nothing to do with this.

That is patently untrue in terms of how the British government should operate. Their allegiance should lie with British citizens first and foremost. They are currently failing tremendously at keeping their citizens safe because they'd rather be blindly altruistic in the name of tolerance.

He wants to prevent people moving to places where they can commit terrorism but that doesn't address the people who were born in that specific country.

When a government takes in refugees, they provide safety for many, while risking the lives of a few. If the lives they are risking are of citizens, that's of no importance to me.

Until terror attacks are so common that this is no longer the case, it's worth the trade-off.

So basically you think a government has no obligation towards it's citizens?

And are you seriously going to pretend that Islamic terror attacks aren't common in Europe?

I don't think a government should prioritize the lives of a few over the lives of many, regardless of nationality.

And no, terror attacks are not common enough to warrant turning away refugees.

So then you concede that you feel the government of a nation has no obligation towards the safety of the citizens of that nation? If so, what use do the citizens of that nation have for said government?

Apparently not man. I'm happy I don't live near London although I do live not far from Manchester so i guess I'm not completely safe. Still London is a much higher risk then Sheffield so eh. I hope you continue to be safe anyway. I'm not exactly sure the reasons behind these terrorist attacks but it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon.

I think any government has an obligation to protect all lives. If prioritization has to take place, it shouldn't be based on who was born where.

Wat.

They are the government of their territory, strangers are a potential threat that should be handled if the threat is high, governments owe nothing to invaders/belligerents.

First, consider the fact that in any nationality, the citizens are the majority.

Second, consider that terrorist attacks are not the only variable to consider.

Well...you would need to show that terrorist attacks from people marked as refugees are not unproportionately higher than otherwise.
