The press conferences are always before the actual event, though I don't recall them ever happening on Saturday. Easier for me to watch though.

I think Bethesda was the first to do one on Sunday right? They did theirs Sunday night a couple years ago. I can only assume this means the event is getting more popular so they want more breathing room between conferences.
