But acting like not subjecting my eyes to an ad is stealing money from them confuses me. Is YouTube tracking and reporting how many adblock users are visiting their video, prompting them to respond? Do they get paid per view of an ad? You can't skip every ad anymore. Some last 15 seconds and that's what you have to sit through. It feels user-hostile. So anyone who bitches in my face about lost revenue is likely just going to lose me as a viewer. The most respectable YouTubers are the ones who try to be fresh and engaging while appreciating the viewership they get.
