Probably Trump. The only thing Nieto would be good for is teaching us how to leave the country for a more prosperous nation. Merkel would try to cover up and downplay crimes to pretend that things aren't happening while giving away American taxdollars to other nations. Trudeau is a radical SJW. Macron is an EU crony and Merkel's little puppy. I admittedly don't know much about May other than her support for stuff like Brexit. I also don't know that much about Abe's politics and Jae-In I only know what I've heard in NPR right after the election. Putin is a mixed bag because I like his anti-SJW policies but dislike his authoritarian politics.

In some countries, including Germany and Israel, the president is a ceremonial head-of-state, much like the monarchs in present-day constitutional monarchies. In Germany, the chancellor is the head-of-government, analogous to the prime minister in the United Kingdom, and the real political leader and decision maker.
