Are neoconservatives generally centre-right, or right?

IIRC, neo-conservative is far right to the point of being off the planet. Think Mike Pence.

Yes and no. The main aspect of the neoconservative platform is foreign policy based and founded on things like interventionism and an extremely pro-Israel bent. They're the main advocates for nation building. As far as I can tell their social policies are a bit less important, though they're generally anti-Muslim.

Bush, Cheney etc. are some prominent neoconservatives.

Right; in terms of domestic policy they're generally more lenient on social spending and such programs than other branches of conservatism.

Further right than center-right, not as far as alt-right/fascists/totalitarians.

They basically actually are fascists. Think about the likes of John Bolton and Dick Cheney. Do you really think they are "better" than Trump?'

Reminder that the Iraq war killed like a million people.

I know nothing of John Bolton and the policies that Cheney espoused were, yes, better than what Trump has espoused. I'm gonna need some evidence to validate your initial claim for me to give this some consideration.

The Iraq War is under the commander in chief's responsibility btw and I've been against that war since it was announced.

Bolton and Cheney and the likes have been for the Iraq War before Bush was even in office. In fact, they basically want to turn the entire middle east to glass.

Just look up PNAC. Bolton still wants to bomb the shit out of Iran.
