Treat it like work, something you can't afford to just miss. Let's face it, if you're not a workout lover, you're going to view it as a chore. Chores have to get done though so just do it.

I take a week off, change my routine or deload for a week. You can always look at your "before" pics too.

Wow this actually kinda helps thanks. No problem and lots of times, I found myself where you are. Another thing I use or ask myself is this, "If you aren't exercising, what are you doing that is constructive for the next hour?" Then I realize I wanted to be lazy and play games. Do It Anyways.
On days I don't want to, I'm a little foot-draggy on getting ready or heading out of the door. After that point I'm usually fine and grind it out no problem. 'Motivation' is for skydiving and halftime in a sports game. Working out regularly is a matter of habit and discipline.
