Must be nice to believe this. For those of us who work in science research, are gay, and are hispanic it is terrifying. I'm all three and there's a lot more people out there who are worse off than me.

Except you guys will be the backbone of the new and better society, your revolt against Trump will be instrumental in his downfall. I believe in you

Lol tc was a Bernie supporter and then voted against his own interest with Trump. Some people shouldn't be allowed to breed.

There was no way in hell I was going to let Hillary win.

That's stupid.

If Hillary won, the status quo would live on. The status quo sucks.

Letting Trump win is like setting the house on fire - once the flames die out, we can build something new

You're either ignorant or full of shit. If you wanted to "send a message to Washington" fine. But you need to own the consequences of that choice. Hillary would not be gutting the EPA nor would she be going mass with deportation of DACA youth. You need to accept that yes I believe making those choices and harming the lives of them was worth sending the message to Washington. Own your choices.

She also won in Ohio, florida, and PA (though she lost in the end) that map really doesn't show much.

Are you speaking of the primary or the general election.

For primaries...I wouldn't call that 50/50
Florida she won 60+
Ohio was 56+
PA was 55+

Florida and PA were pretty much neck and neck but Ohio she got beat. Funny enough she was closer in Georgia than Ohio

...

i mean she won 50% of the 'legitimate primary states' and he won the other 50%

as in he won MI, WI, IA, CO; she won FL, OH, PA, VA

i know her margin in those states was pretty significant. she had way more votes overall

idk off the top of my head. less.

i've been pretty clear that i am not trying to argue any of this made him appear to be a better candidate for the general

that argument was one based solely on his polls against republican opponents, and admittedly that was after 30 years of anti-hil attack ads and 0 years of anti-sanders ads

Yes, but there is still a difference between the kind of pro-corp that Hillary would do and what Trump is doing.

Hillary wouldn't enact pro-coal legislation that lets them literally dump toxic waste in the river to help out big coal profit margins. She wouldn't kill net neutrality to line the pockets of abusive ISPs even further. The kinds of pro-corp shit Hillary would be doing would be empowering people like Elon Musk and major Solar/Wind manufacturers. Instead, you've given literally Exxon-Mobile CEO the fucking secretary of state position.

That shit would not have fucking happened under Hillary.

They're both pro-corp, sure, but saying one is not better than the other is a hilariously backwards statement.
