I go to Barnes & Noble every few weeks to check out the art magazines and books. I just wish there was a reading section, I hate standing up near the shelf and people are passing by every 15 seconds, so I constantly have to move.

I had been checking out the same book from my college library, but the last time was back in October. 2015 was the last time I went to a city library, it was my first time in about 8 years at that point.

I'm a Kindle convert, so it's been a long time. Though every few months or so I'll browse B&N and add books to Goodreads.

I feel that physically being in the store is an experience...I haven't used a Kindle and it seems like it would be more practical, but I guess life feels more empty when it is reduced to downloading everything.

Went to Barnes & Nobles on Friday. I've tried digital, didn't really like that format. Nothing beats holding the actual book in your hands.

I bought A Scanner Darkly from B&N yesterday. Going to re-read it after I finish IT.

Each their own. Only thing it lacks is the new book smell, which I was neutral on in the first place. It feels like reading a book, it's lighter, it holds hundreds, there are some eBook gems on Amazon, and for the most part books are cheaper. *shrug*

Went to Barnes And Noble last weekend. Got the second and third ASOIAF books cause I've started reading those.

Our B&N has a small reading area with some comfortable chairs. Figured that would be a standard thing. I also like going. There's something about being in a store full of books that's great to me. The book smell plus the coffee smell from their little shop is nice.

Also most of my recreational reading lately has been on my phone. I've been trying to read every Philip K Dick short story ever since October. I'm almost through all those published in 1952-1955, barring a few I can't track down.

I go to the library once a week or so. Buying a book is stupid as fuck when you can just borrow it. Unless you are buying first editions or some shit

I go to book isles in stores, lately my brother and I were finding really good deals on books for under 6 bucks apiece.

went to the local bookstore and got a new lorenzo carcaterra book i haven't read yet. love that guy.
