Honestly probably Shisno. Shisno is really unattractive but at least he has a decent job. His personality seems like he's probably a jovial pushover.

Carlisle is really unattractive, last job was at Dunkin Donuts and all he ever talks about it how great/smart he is or how he's gonna do x, y, z someday which is the greatest ever or how he's so much better than everyone in his family or otherwise. So he doesn't really have much going on. Plus he fucks his mattress so.

Some people mature later than others. I'm not saying it's a guarantee that he will mature, but I don't think he's old enough to give up hope. I don't know how old shisno is, but he's probably too old at this point.
