Yes Only her but not him Only him but not her No, even adults are this childish View Results 18 y/o Ari Grossman is SUING his ex-girlfriend from high school after she fabricated RAPE allegations against him in order to deter him from attending the same college as her!! He's a freshman at Manhattan's Pace University and filed the suit against Kayla Torrey with making up the charges that resulted him in getting cuffed, shackled and detained for 12 hours!! He said it was a smear campaign to punish him after he ignored her warnings not to attend Pace.. They are from Malibu, California who dated in high school before splitting at 15 but enrolled at the same college together in ANOTHER STATE!! Ari got accepted into an acting program but Kalya's parents phoned his parents and demanded he drop out. When he refused that's when Kalya sprung the charges... When prosecutors declined to bring charges, she filed a temporary restraining order against him but a judge said the 2 have to settle their beef out of court and to keep a distance from each other.. But once they got to Pace, it only got worse as the 2 accused each other of STALKING and harassment as the complaints piled up on each other's claims and the school said it was getting out of hand.. Kalya filed 7 complaints against him on the FIRST WEEK alone and the admins said the 2 should CUT IT OUT Then in November Kalya filed another complaint and said he was stalking her in the food hall..it was that complaint that got him arrested but he was released after evidence showed no stalking Ari is also suing the university for having campus security arrange his arrest AND he's suing the NYPD. Julie Goldberg, his lawyer said "It's just been a horrible college experience for him. We feel at this point he is not being protected" Kalya's parents said the whole situation is just sad but doesn't agree with anything in the lawsuit and don't think it's appropriate to comment.
