Honestly TC my honest advice is stay off dating sites. There's something like 1 woman for every 4 men on them. Stick to real life. Don't quote me exactly on that, it's roughly around that much.

I have to commend this woman. (I assume she is a woman, if you are meeting girls online you should meet my friend Chris Hanson). If you legitimately believe what you wrote and put it into an online dating profile, you should be shocked when any woman continues to engage you. You literally mention something being a "conspiracy theory."

Additionally, she has the right to date people who's world views align with hers and I am willing to bet she wouldn't want to date somebody who posts private interactions on a public forum looking for validation from strangers regardless of who you voted for.

Umm I think you're reading too much into this. It's not like that's literally on my profile, it's a question and I answered it and that was the closest response to simply saying "no". The other two were yes it influenced the election and there's not enough evidence to be sure. I don't like the phrasing of the conspiracy response, but again, it's the closest thing to an answer of "no, you are wrong/stupid if you believe Russia hacked the election."

By the way, I'm over 6 ft and my profile clearly states that. The girl was using that as a poor comparison, not realizing that being shallow over looks and appearances isn't really the same thing as political ideology.

Whenever somebody claims that, I know that they're ignorant in regards to history. Likewise, the fact that many prominent US media outlets are generally partisan is no great secret.

All media groups, whether they big corporate ones or independent individuals, are going to biased sometimes, get things wrong, or downright lie. Anyone that can't see that frankly deserves to have the wool pulled over their eyes.

Which is a false equivalency suggesting that all media outlets are equally biased, which clearly isn't the case. WaPo, Fox News, MSNBC, etc, clearly aren't anywhere near as non-partisan as USA Today.

Honestly, advertisers are probably the worst fake news creators. The click baited generate ad revenue. The ones who actually believe it, share it, generating more ad revenue.

Basically, you can blame all the fake news on capitalism. Let's face facts here. Both sides only care about filling their coffers.

Except that's not true either. A lot of the shit you see on Facebook originates from left-leaning fake news as well, and this includes just absolutely bogus shit that takes two seconds to verify.
