that thing had a 2.4L 4 banger in it. no guts. could barely tow my small ass trailer with a dirt bike on it. the idiot who owned it before me lowered the damn thing, so the front tires kept clipping the wheel wells on bumpy roads or around corners. suspension was fucked. My first bmw (318ti) because I was too excited to buy a bmw at a good price and neglected to realize it was going to need a clutch, brakes, and cooling system overhaul fairly quickly.

I don't think any of the cars I've owned were bad, per se.
I just only remember the hand-me-down 1997 Infiniti QX4 I had in high school needed some kind of work done on it on a near monthly basis. All cars need maintenance every now and then, but that one seemed pretty frequent. It was also pretty gutless from what I remember, but it did have a damn good paint job. After a good wash, that bronze paint would shine. --- When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps. - Confucius ... Copied to Clipboard!

if I had to pick, it'd be my 1987 Mazda RX-7. The only reliability issues were due to my naivete and inexperience with maintenance. It also got terrible gas mileage.

2001 Saturn Ion
What a piece of shit. Parts for this thing costed an arm and leg and a lot of the time were only sold by Saturn. I can't believe my Uncle a car salesman for Saturn actually sold that shit to my own mother (my grandma). All she wanted was another Honda Accord but my Uncle convinced her the Saturn was better. When she got too senile to drive it was given to me. I just left it to my grandma because the repairs it needed were too much my brother ended up getting the vehicle stolen and it got trashed. --- GT: Mac Da Murderer ... Copied to Clipboard!

I can't say I've ever owned a bad car.
I bought a 1980s Toyota pickup 10 years ago or so for $700. Come to find out one of the cylinders was bad and it wouldn't pass emissions. I can't say it was a bad truck as I just didn't make a good purchase. My first vehicle was a Jeep Cherokee. It had some issues, but I loved it nonetheless. I've been missing her a lot lately. My parents gave it to me when I was 18. I bought a Civic after that. It was a good car, but a bad purchase. I should have done more research. It was my first vehicle purchase. I just paid too much for that specific car. I've owned a Nissan Pathfinder, which I sold to my parents. It's still running today, a 1994. It's been solid, but the gas mileage and power in it suck bad. It's probably been my least favorite other than the Toyota. I've owned two Honda Preludes, a 93 and 96. I crashed the 93 in a snowstorm, so I bought a 96 since I loved the 93 so much. That 1993 Prelude was my best car. The 1996 is right there with it. I think I'll be driving it for another 20-30 years as long as something doesn't bust just from rust or something. --- If I frowned any lower, I'd be tripping over my own face. ...
