For persona 5, use a s-link and exam guide. Otherwise, you'll get that anxious feeling of needing to reloading your last save every time you get a question wrong

Level up guts, knowledge and charm first. Especially guts. And conserve your sp as much as possible when the game gives you full freedom. There's a vending machine in the school's courtyard that sells sp items. Remember that you don't need to fight every shadow that you come across. And pay attention to enemy weaknesses
