New Years Day, at the place we met 5 years prior.

It was cold and she was pissed because she didn't know why I wasn't taking her home because she had to work the next morning.

I never really did. We are common law. One day she suggested filing taxes as a married couple, so we did. Then we just started calling each other husband and wife after a few years.

We had a game that we played....when one of us would leave the house for a period of time (usually over an hour) the other one would move something or do something subtle around the house for the first person to find when they got back.

She has this wall hanging organizer that holds mail and half of it is a dry erase board and I erased part of the words and wrote "Will you marry me?" with a ring hanging down. Since there were already words on there it didn't catch her attention immediately. She didn't notice it for almost 2 days.

It's been almost 5 years and she has never let me erase that.

That's so cute.

Haha what torture to wait that long.

It's been almost 5 years and she has never let me erase that.

Beautiful.
