ive been having this problem too, it happens randomly on certain tabs but is fine on other tabs

I've only had it happen briefly on GameFAQs. Every other site worked and closing and reopening the tab fixed it on GF.

Probably broke some pointer drivers again. Fuckers broke Synaptics back in 2014 and didn't fix it till late 2015 despite a thread on their forums with hundreds of people complaining.
