You lose fat everywhere not just in specific places. Also it's April if you're asking now your screwed.

Stop eating. A pound of fat is around 3600 calories. So if you eat every other day that'll net you about 2-3 pounds per week lost. Depending on how overweight you are, that might get you where you want to be by summer. If not eating every other day is too hard, then cycle between low-medium-and normal calorie days to get the same net effect.

Ultimately it's calories in < calories out = weight loss.

Start doing jackknives every night. Like 30 would probably be good.

Also Hula Hoop is surprisingly good for toning stomachs. That and tightening your abs while you walk.

yeah, cut the carbs, the results are pretty amazing. You won't lose fat in a certain spot, cause that's not possible, but you will lose a lot in general
