I had a feeling she wasn't doing a good job there, and the assistant wasn't all prepared either.

Now when I eat and drink stuff pain ensues.

Goddammit

Depending on how much work was done on the tooth, the nerve may just be sensitive or sore from the procedure. Take ibuprofen and wait about a week to see if the pain stops.

You are now breathing manually.
Lets put a little lead in the air, and see what falls over.

I've had no pain since she did it like over a week ago, just started today.

Call them up them and arrange an appointment to get it checked. If they botched the filling you should be able to get it fixed without paying extra.

I'm on this pretty much stupid plan maybe, but I pay $20 a month and I get yearly visit to the dentist for checkup and some fixing, taking pics etc. It also includes any work they need to do. So it would not cost me either way.

What's stupid about the plan is I prob would have saved money by now if I never got in it from the start.
