I don't think there's big collections like that. There's often a DVD of each event or collections of particular wrestlers.
If you only care about watching the content (and not necessarily owning it), you might want to try the WWE network. You can get a 30-day free trial (in the sense that they require your credit card and promise not to charge until the trial is over. Then immediately put two pre-authorization charges through. How many DVDs would that take anyway?
