Do you support Obamacare or Trumpcare?

21 y/o Joan Fanwick from Pennsylvania suffers a delibtating autoimmune disease and said that the repeal of Obamacare would be "life-threatening" for her and fear she can't wait 4 years until Trump is OUT of office as she may DIE before then!!

She was diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome, a condition that causes the immune system attacks glands that produce fluid such as the salivary and tear glands that causes infections, irritation and fatigue

But she has no private insurance is a student at Temple University who calculates that her medical bills will be more than 50,000 a YEAR!!

She takes 10 different medicines a DAY and every Saturday visits a nurse who puts a needle in her chest so she can give herself IV fluids during the week.

She rlies on regular deliveries of supplies of saline, IV tubing and formula

But thankfully, the repeal failed and Republicans were forced to go back to the drawing board after failing to come up with a suitable plan after 7 years of promising to repeal the Affordable Care Act leaving Trump in the dust

However, the Republicans vow to repeal it while still holding power and if successful, she will lose her insurance "immediately"

Joan said "So at first, a repeal would simply bankrupt me, literally all my money would be funneled into my care. When that ran out, i'd immediately lose my medications, nurses's visits, IV, feeding tube and emergency hospitalizations, and my immune system could attack me and kill me. If i lose my HI, i don't know if i can survive 4 years waiting around for a new president to take office. Even if i were able to afford some kind of basic insurance of my own and i get approved with my pre-existing condition, who knows what the plan might actually cover. I can't survive on physicals and flu shots alone. The consequences ultimately would be life-threatening"

Joan is not eligible under her parent's insurance because it only covers care in the home state of Connecticut and she works 2 part time jobs but was able to benefit from government subsidies through a healthcare exchange program.

Do you prefer Obamacare or Trumpcare? let's see what people will vote

Joan -

Maybe she shouldn't buy an Iphone. Then she would be able to afford her insurance.

LOL. What world do you live in? Do you not remember the healthcare townhalls during the lead up to Obamacare? A Crowd literally chanted "Let her die" to a woman talking about her daughter-in-law who was sick and couldn't get insurance coverage because she was sick.

I'm digging. It's not easy to find links to stories 8 or so years old. Upon further remembrance though I believe it was a crowd in florida that chanted "let him die" when Ron Paul was asked a question about by an audience member. The woman I mentioned was at a different event, she wasn't chanted at, she was just booed off stage. Again, i'm working from memory here. Trying to dig up links.
