If you were born in 89 that's cool too.

Any time travelers that are reading right now, I say Hello to you.

What major historical and technological achievements have we witnessed, where people many many years from now will look back and find the origin in the 90's, early 2000's, or now that we are in 2017 and we are around 25.

You can also bring up tragedies and wars.

We are still young. Though in ten years I'll be 35. Geez. <_< I need to start eating healthier to prepare for old man life lol.

Anyway I'd say the biggest most notable achievement is the birth of virtual reality. It still isn't "true VR" like you would see in the movie The Matrix but this is the first step. I'm glad that we have it while I'm still young and not old.

Do you think 90s kids were born in the 90s? Do you think someone born in 88 is an 80s kid?

seems pretty clear he doesn't. He just considers 80s kids that were born in 89 "close enough"

I remember when I had a friend who said "I'm using my palm right now" (palm pilot) and it sounded like the most advanced thing ever because I didn't have one xD

Even the name is funny now. Palm Pilot.

Sure, they will be the early adopters. But costs will go down in time and they will be able to do mass customization so that everyone can get what they need.

As for the 90's kids thing I guess I was too narrow. Maybe I offended some people or something.

I was born in 91 and by the time it was 99 I was 8 years old. I was a young teen in the mid 2000's and even though it is very young, I don't really consider that being a kid. I mean I was still 10, 11, and 12 in the early 2000's so that does count. I take pride in being born in the last millenia, though.

Being a kid, to me, is playing with a Hercules sword from Walmart and pretending to be a warrior and dressing up as a character sometimes, having to call your parents for permission to hang out at someone's house, etc.

I guess a lot of that still happens at 13 but it feels more adult like because of puberty and whatnot. I suppose it also depends on your upbringing. My childhood kind of ended for me at 7 because of my mother's death. Some people (not me) arguably never even had a childhood. Some kids who had to work in the fields with their parents and not go to school from the old days, etc.

I guess it really varies. I don't consider myself a 2000's kid though. Or, if I would, i'd be a 90's and 2000's hybrid because I have fond childhood memories from the 90's.

Asking questions does not equal offence.
Nobody here is offended.
Nobody questioned whether TC was a 90s kid or not.
89 sounded like an odd cutoff date.

Is TC in politics? That is a lot of fluff and still no answer.

You come off as a really annoying person to talk to.

You're taking the topic much too seriously.

Your question was answered, just not the way you wanted it to be answered. Figure it out.

I asked a simple question and you didn't answer.
You said that you are a 90s kids and I agree with you and the part about personal memories and experience.
I just think your timeline is a little funky.
No need to be upset.
