Once you have sat down in your seat, the process is complete.

Assuming you didn't break any of the rules, the boarding process is done regardless of "whether the door is shut" is you have boarded. You are on board.

You're both arguing with United, the police, contract law and the general conensus at the same time just to be a contarian and say a guy deserved to get his head caved in.

Except the ticket clearly states "you may be denied entry into my house if I have company over", and does not allow you to retroactively refuse access once he's already in the house.

That's why this is turning into a PR nightmare and why they will likely lose the lawsuit

there is no Government law you're missing the point

The issue legally is violation of contract

If they tried to claim "Actually it is in our contract we just didn't tell you." like you did earlier, then they are violating US Law by hiding information in their contracts.

So the ceo has apologized two times but he has hired people to dig dirt on the poor man. Even if they found dirt on him that's totally irrelevant. My guess is that they want to find anything regarding mental illness so they can solidify their made up version of the event.
