Sp Yooka and Laylee had a 69?

69 for PS4, 72 for Xbone, 74 for PC. Around a 70 sounds about right for a solid game following (perhaps too faithfully) in the footsteps of a now-reviled genre while doing nothing really new with it (and not actually far behind the reviews of Kazooie/Tooie XBLA releases as well). I know it supposedly has control and camera issues, although I played the Toy Box and didn't notice anything there. Most of the other minor complaints (not modern enough, no minimap, characters speaking gibberish) don't bother me in the least, or (in the case of the gibberish) only help the charm of the game for me.

So it really comes down to the level design for me. What I've seen looks... okay. Hopefully it scratches this particular itch for 90's-style item collection well enough.

Actually B-K 360 had a fairly annoying bug that only got corrected by a patch that's incompatible with existing saves (at the time).
